This quilt uses a simple block in a new way to create a great 3D cube. It also puts a new spin on a standard quilt border. Adding borders only on two sides of this quilt creates a modern offset grid. The resulting layout resembles buildings in a city grid. The play of quilting textures gives the illusion of graph paper and drawing tools.
