Orders will generally be shipped within 24-48 hours (72 hours during peak shopping days and holidays). We are not open every day, so that will factor into shipping times.

You have 30 Days to receive a refund. We do not refund books, patterns and fabric as a general rule. Please contact us with your questions.

We try almost everything that comes through the store, so we or someone we know can provide opinions about what products or techniques are best for your projects.
