We mail a newsletter each Friday featuring a few fabrics in our store - These fabrics are in circles on the home page of our website. We also talk about quilting and events in our area, and we post entertainment information to lighten our hearts during the pandemic.

Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Orders will generally be shipped within 24-48 hours (72 hours during peak shopping days and holidays). We are not open every day, so that will factor into shipping times.
Shipping in United States
The USPS and other shipping services are overwhelmed with volume because of more online shipping during COVID-19 limitations. We will give shipping services your email address so that you can track your shipment.
We typically use USPS for shipping. When you check out, your shipping will be calculated based on the quantity you have ordered.
We’d like to help international customers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work together to get our fabrics shipped to you.
Pick Up Options for Locals
If you live in the Santa Fe area, you can select "Local Pick Up" at check out. We will notify you when your order is ready by text or email.
Returns of Fabric
While preparing your order, we will check for flaws or any other significant problems so that you will not receive unusable fabric. If you do find a flaw that we missed, we will work with you - Just contact us within 20 days of purchase at email@example.com.
Cut fabrics cannot be returned unless we have agreed to accept them because of a defect. Patterns, books, and sale fabric may not be returned.
We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any order canceled before shipment.

We try almost everything that comes through the store, so we or someone we know can provide opinions about what products or techniques are best for your projects. If you have trouble with patterns, cutting, or planning, please ask for help. We are here to make your life easier.
